This 2020 Holiday House 18RBDLX is a 20’11” Travel Trailer, at approx. 3250 lbs, that sleeps 4! This unit is in Richmond Gray Interior décor and has First Class Package, with the additional OPTIONS: 13’ Electric Patio Awning, LP furnace mounted in Cabinetry, and Roof Mounted 13.5 Low Profile A/C with heat strip IPO Cool Cat A/C!

Genuine Hardwood Interior Walls & Paneling 1/4" thick, no paper or vinyl wrapping, Complete kitchen and refrigerator with Solid Hardwood cabinet doors and framing, and Welded Aluminum Frame! In addition to the chassis, the roof, wall and floor structure are also made of aluminum minimize the chance of mold, mildew or rotting wood. These sections are then welded together for strength and longevity. This Holiday house also uses Greencore Floor which is Water resistant, wood free and lightweight flooring. Greencore is made from recycled polyethylene and is 1000# per square inch crush resistant. Saves weight, eliminates the chance of rot and mold plus helps save our environment. Properly wired for safety and performance this travel trailer has both 110 volt and 12 volt wiring run through individual channels. Each opening is protected by plastic sleeves eliminating wire chaffing, electrical shorts and unintentional grounding. Planned layout is repeated in every unit, ensuring ease of service or expansion of the electrical system. The crowned roof is insulated with R14 Spun fiberglass insulation. All studs are primed and a bead of sikaflex is applied to each rafter, 3/8" plywood decking is then laid across the structure and mechanically fastened along the edge and at each panel seam.

This Holiday House is built upon an all-aluminum welded chassis and riding on torsion axles. The walls roof and floor are also welded aluminum, and create a structurally sound, six-sided cage. Again, the hardwood paneling and cabinet and drawer fronts are consistent with the original, but the modern appliances, air conditioning and full bathroom add to the luxury. Most importantly, the signature “World View Wrap-Around” window is prominently positioned at the front of each model, and the exterior “log cabin” style metal is true to the original.
